The Work of Byron Katie, a deeply transformative process of inquiry that is helping people around the world end the war with reality with four questions. The Work of Byron Katie is a way to identify and question all thoughts that cause suffering, stress, reactivity and self-limitation. The Work is comprised simply of four basic questions, specific sub-questions and a reversal technique called the turnaround. Since Katie began sharing the process in 1986, The Work has helped hundreds of thousands of people worldwide to approach their problems from a practical, positive and realistic perspective. Tom Compton Tom Compton, certified facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie.

Tom worked closely with Byron Katie for many years and has had the privilege of ever deepening his own realization through sitting with hundreds of people from all walks of life, applying this simple process to discover who we are beyond our conscious and unconscious thoughts and their attending feelings.

Victoria Boutenko

Victoria Boutenko, author, teacher and advocate for green smoothies, seeker of clarity and moderator of spiritual sharings

Victoria is the award-winning author of Green For Life, Raw Family, 12 Steps to Raw Foods and several raw recipe books. She teaches classes on raw food all over the world. As a result of her teachings, many raw food communities have formed in numerous countries. She continues traveling worldwide sharing her gourmet raw cuisine and her inspiring story of change, faith and determination.

Valya Boutenko

Valya Boutenko,student of The Work of Byron Katie, author, artist and filmmaker.

Valya, a raw foodist for 15 years, graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art. Valya is a certified raw food chef who specializes in desserts. She is the co-author of the books, “Raw Family,” “Eating Without Heating,” and “Fresh.” as well as the co-producer of the award winning movie, “Interview With Sergei.” She has been researching the ways to inspire children to eat healthier. She is a student of the Work of Byron Katie.

Sergei Boutenko

Sergei Boutenko, author, teacher, hiker, wild edibles enthusiast.

Sergei a raw foodist for 15 years, graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Communication with the emphasis on Marshal Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication . He is the co-author of the books, “Raw Family,” “Eating Without Heating,” and “Fresh.” Sergei holds numerous certificates from different culinary schools. He is a hiker, wild edibles enthusiast, has taught classes all over the world, and has co-produced an award winning movie, “Interview With Sergei Boutenko.” Sergei resides in Ashland, Ore., is an avid hiker, biker, runner, and a student of capoeira.
